a quick poem
time stands still as memory is earsed
looking past the point of conviction
awaiting for the signs of redemption
winds calling my name forth a new song

as i awake from the dream of only yesterday
i smile at the sight of the sun beams in the air
crawling and dancing like a party just began
floating as if a new chapter to a song

thanking friends for time well spent
while others dwell on time yet gone
as a new day starts a new chapter
time stands still as memory is earsed
