Should I write you a letter
would you be able to understand me better
How do I get you to understand
It has been so long I am not sure that you can

How did we end up so fare apart
I gave you my heart and you broke it apart
I gave you all of me right from the start
Trusting so easily, I guess I am not that smart

How can I get through
The only person I have is you
I haved tried everything
What else can I do

I need you now like never before
Is there a key to unlock the lock you have on your door
Would I find under the door that you don't love me anymore

I know it is easier to pretend that everything's okay
Pretending fixes nothing at the end of the day
The longer you pretend the harder I find it is to stay
Are you purposely trying to push me away

How do I find what is inside
What is in there that you feel you must hide
