Sensible has left town
And thus my mind
The world known
No longer grows
Another one remains
Created by me
An insane paradise
Full of shifting creatures
Abominations of many species
All needing to be slain
I have not the courage
Nor the gut for such violence
But I am sure who does
I know him quite well
In absolute darkness
He appears as a millions rays of light
A focal point
When nothing else can be seen
He is the white night talking backwards
His words, jumbled truths
That I must decipher
Nonsense that I must turn
Into freely flowing ideas
My life has become about him
I am a slave to his cause
A whore to his purpose
I know no better
And if I did that would not change
What it is I feel that I must do
Whoever sent him to save me
May have as well sent him to condemned me
The line between the two is quite short
A minuscule indicator within absolute blackness
Only through his light am I able to see
Only through his words will I become free
The white night talking backwards speaks
Nothing in life and in my mind
Is meant to be easy
Impossible impossibilities are my god
My king of ideas and epic thoughts
Each time the white knight speaks
More of who I am, myself is exposed
Each time he speaks his twisted words
I uncover more, moving the darkness away
With the light of the his auspicious ways
Each ray, every single beam
I have come to willingly believe
Will shatter the darkness forever
Will burn away the madness of me
Leaving something unknown
Something that I can spend
The rest of my days
Embracing and never again hating
The white knight talking backwards
Will save me if I can decipher his words
And set them straight for the world
