18+ A dark, twisted poem over what to do when I die. Caution if you easily offend..LOL |
-If I Die- by Keaton Foster -If I die Spread my ass cheeks wide Dare not be afraid Go ahead look deep inside Be intrigued, show great interest And see what I am all about You will not offend me If you make clever comments If you make snide remarks About my ass and its crack Or the crap that is seen My ass is only a small part Of the greater whole that is me -If I die Be sure to close my eyes Tape them shut if need be I never again wanna see I never again want to know What people are capable of Close them real tight Superglue comes to mind Never again let the sun light in Never again let the darkness out Nothing is all that I wish to see All that I wish to further perceive -If I die Be sure to say goodbye But then just as quick Turn and walk away Leaving me to stew in my own juice Never come back to the place In which I was placed Leave me alone, so cold Forever mired within my skin and bones Until time itself ceases to unfold Only then will I be dust Only then will I be truly free -If I die Take my words My precious life’s work Read each one aloud As soon as each syllable Crosses your crooked lips Be sure to toss the pages Into the an inferno of flames Burn as much as you can The flame itself will do more For those who are uncomfortable Then my words ever would have -If I die Whisper a prayer for me Then many more for those I so desperately love Offer them a kind word Help them move on It’s what I wish most of all Let them mourn for a time Then lift them up and show them That there is much left To the lives they are to live Without me as part of who they are -If I die Dare not cry Do not feel sorry Only be glad that I A man with a mind That does not give him A second’s worth of peace Will finally get some much needed rest In my slumber I will always be A place that I have never been Since I’ve been alive.
