How I feel each time I go to physical therapy with Dyann
It was a dreary, dark and stormy night
Not a friendly vision was there in sight
There was danger hanging in the air
Alone I stood, and no one cared

I walked among the restless shadows
Darting at me like repulsive foes
I closed my eyes as if it was a dream
And tried to think of candy and ice cream

A short lived respite in an evil land
That cold embrace it grabbed my hand
Led me farther down that gloomy lane
I dug in my heels, but all in vain

I dared not look, but could not stop
It dragged me closer to the top
I tried to breathe, but could not gasp
I hoped and prayed that it would pass

As nearer to the brink I came
I heard it calling out my name
What depraved spirit could this be
That had this domination over me

The more I fought, the stronger it became
I saw that I could not win this deadly game
That eerie sound echoed in my ears
It brought to light all of my fears

The searing pain became so intense
Like burning steel, it made no sense
And slowly as my tears began
“My work is done” said Dyann
