A poem about a storm and depression.
Thunder breaks.
A low grumble rumbles,
bubbling in the sky.
It groans,
heaves like a sigh.
Rain tumbles through the streets like tears on cheeks,
washed away with time.
Clouds brighten.
White bleeds through.
Stops. And then,
umbrellas appear,
too late I fear,
But the storm returns again.
