This is character I work with intelligent, strong, sensitive and set in the future
There are times we get ourselves into situations that we later regret. Then there are times we regret never taking the chance to position ourselves to be in a better situation. Darrus was in between these two. Having quit his career looking for the change but getting out at the wrong time. Late in his 40's he thought to himself if he can make it happen in the next 20 years the rest would not matter. Gone was the security of comfortable salary and incentive pay. Present was a new organization, people, processes, and less pay but with great hope that this was the place he can set root deep to grow well beyond what he was last promised.



Tired he arose on a Saturday dressed and made his way to work.
