Write It Right
In the same static item, write a sentence for each numbered item

below. Be sure to include the elements listed beside the number.

Number them and write the sentences in the order listed below.

4. an indirect question + an acronym
She asked if MSB, stands for Maryland School For The Blind.
5. a tag sentence (or Confirmatory sentence) + title before a name
The door to Mr. Jones office is closed, isn't it?
6. an indirect question + a government official
Did you hear what the senator said to President Nixon years ago about
the white house lawn.
7. an exclamatory sentence + Jr or Sr or III
Nathan Williams Jr. you need to get over here right now!
8. a direct question + a registered nurse
Have you met the new registered nurse on our team?
9. an emphatic imperative sentence
Pat, please get this typing finished immediately!
10. a declarative sentence + a title after a name
Patrick Knooler Sr. is my new friend.
My new friend is, Patrick Knoller Sr.
11. a mild imperative sentence
Hurry to the circus for a lot of laughs and fun.

Pat, sometimes I've worked for many minutes making as many changes to

fix a misspelled word and spell check has no idea about how to spell

the word correctly. What do you suggest?
