Memories of an old man
                                                              JUDY

I remember a day that's far away,                          You hit me hard and I pushed back,
A day when we were young and gay,                    Then we noticed that sickening crack,
In a land not so far away,                                      We knew right away Dad was back,
I remember the day.                                              I remember the day.

We went for a ride in a two tone car,                      We never did receive our treats ,
The experience left a permanent scar,                  For remaining in our seats,
The old man said that's about par,                        The only thing I can say,
I remember the day.                                              I remember the day.

You were stubborn and refused to listen,
To your brothers superior position,
In turn it caused your scared condition,
I remember the day.

Your cries for help were never heard,
Thank God Mom never knew the words,
From the terrible ones you cursed,
I remember the day.
