about a college girl who's tired of her plain life and just wants some magic to happen |
| like every morning she woke up and looked in the mirror as if something would have happened to her face within a night and what she saw was big eyes, pouty lips and ruffled hair. she sighed and went to prepare for college reluctantly. while driving in her old car listening to the radio her mind wandered thinking of how her life had been perfect with best friends, good college but still empty. it was her last year in college and how she spent all those years without any regrets. as she was trying to park her car her eyes stopped on him. her professor on whom she had a crush since 2 years and he had just married few months back. again she sighed. not such a good day she thought. looking at her ruffled hair in the back mirror she went out thinking of cutting them someday. there she saw her 2 best friends in college and her mood lifted up as usual. such saviors the were at times like these. wishing all her batchmates a very good morning and laughing and giggling she started her work. every day is the same she complained while having lunch. trying to ignore her friend's reasoning that life is good she left them to go to washroom . someday i am going to cut my hair definitely she thought looking in washroom mirror. just as she came out there he was. a batchmate of her's standing at the staircase. they passed each other with a smile. just then he stopped her and as she turned around she saw a smiling face and heard his voice saying 'i love your hair'. at the end of the day here she was in the same old car listening to the same old songs but with a big smile on her face. now every morning she woke up and looked in the mirror and saw her ruffled hair and smiled. thinking she would never cut them she prepared for college happily. |
