The life of a saintly girl from the point of view of a man who loves her. |
I stepped out of the taxi and came face to face with The H------- Hall. It was gorgeous, I never thought I would ever see it in person but still my heart was not satisfied. A friend jumped out of the crowd of mulling people and hugged me. "Ethan, this is going to be a night to remember." I smiled, it already was. "Yes," I said. "I hope to honor God today." Ethan turned around to see grandpa Jean coming up the stairs with an impressive gait for someone of his age, 75, (although his wife, Mary, disputed this vehemently, certain he was older). Ethan got off the bench and hugged his dear grandpa. "I thought you and Grandma weren't coming home from the cruise until tomorrow." Mr. Pearson chuckled.
