Narcissistic narcosis

Narcissistic narcosis, all inner thinkers,
headphones and hoods, like a race horse with blinkers.
Choose to look forward; not sideways or back,
content in a bubble: like k-hole or smack.
Floating through life, no cares for another,
absence in heart, for sister or mother,
gadgets and wires, Wi-Fi and weed,
essentials for life?  Or self doubting need?
Electro obsession, continuous thirst;
life in a bubble, can only but burst.
‘Our friends electric’ the futures been cast,
and we won’t forget; this futures bright past.
