Sitting outside...
on this beautiful day
dad on my mind
but not knowing what to say
another year ... has come and gone
but still not responding
to what was done wrong
all those years; I wish he was there
So, when me and my brother had a fight
he could step up and tell me I was unfair
send me to my room with no dessert
I'd give you anything to not feel this hurt

knowing right from wrong
he has no idea..
of what's going on
wanting to disown me
because of something petty
well I'm a big girl now
so daddy get ready
