Mystery, Horror, Fun, Different
The shadow lurked along the dark sleek hallway. I quickly spun around to the invigorating sound of a gun. The sound was so powerful and stalwart that  i will never again belittle a gun.

"Mademoiselle Burk!" shouted Kira, "May I please use the restroom?"

Before she had a chance to answer, the door slammed closed against the wall with a big crack! The sound was so forceful that I thought the door was going to hang off its hinges!

"That was strange," said Mademoiselle Burk, "How could the door have slammed shut? All the windows are closed! Chase, will you please go and see if there's someone at the door while i finish teaching this lesson?"

          "Yes Mademoiselle." Chase said.

"We are going into lock-down  mode! I repeat lock-down mode. Everyone please hide!" screeched the announcements.

"Where did Chase go!" said Mademoiselle panicky.

She ran into the hallway and didn't see him.

"Class, please go into the corner and crouch down. I need to try and find Chase!" she shouted.

Out in the hallway Chase heard the announcement. He put his head down and booked it to the bathroom. He ran into the nearest stall he could find and locked it with as little noise as a mouse would've made scampering across a carpeted floor. He was shaking uncontrollably  form fright wondering what was happening outside the bathroom, or even in his classroom.

"Class, please calm down. It's probably just a drill," Mademoiselle Burk said, but inside she knew something was deeply wrong. They would never frighten the child as much as they did just for a drill.
