A bright room can be the darkest place
A hospital of white
Filling every room with light
Where no one puts up a fight
A death tonight, be there might

The waiting room
The sadness to loom
Not the sound of a sweeping broom
No hope, I assume

From my leg blood slowly dripping
The pain constantly nipping
My world flipping
Through the dark I'm tripping

My heart was breaking
Because death was taking
My love still in the making
Something impossible of faking

Death was standing ever so still
Like time, given no will
Never meeting a satisfied fill
Always there when present a kill

I silently said my goodbye
Because soon I knew she would fly
I knew at least she would try
Try and try and reach so high

I should never have driven this night
She wouldn't be undertaking her flight
I wouldn't be putting up this fight
Nevermore losing my sight
Blinded in this room of white
Dying in this wonderful light
Soon for me death will excersise his right
And with her I will reunite
