Short poem
through the door clutching
your missive, stand
adorned with sieves and
stitches.
a hollow for haunts,
a home for witches,
dark eyes follow your
gaunt, swaying switches.
but under the weight
of your misplaced kisses,
snakes coil and roil
beneath dry britches.
dark eyes, hollow,
count your misses --
sturdy fellows,
stinking pitches.
