I write to you in crooked phrases
As my words tumble onto each other
Like a sloppy casserole
As they spew freely out of my forsaken mouth
They mesh into a separate reality.
I have given birth to phrases
Phrases that I do not own
Or control or even navigate
They pour out of me as if from a womb of enlightenment
They teach me as I shape the constantans
As I sound out each vowel
Like coded lessons from a deep seeded part of my self discovery
They write me as I write them.
It is a full circle relationship.
