Just some thoughts that help me get through the day
smile even when things are falling apart, remember that things will eventually get better. nothing lasts forever, so enjoy things as they are and never take them for granted. go outside and sit down for a while, just breathe in the fresh air. sit in silence, attempt to achieve inner-peace. you can have everything in the world, but you'll never be completely satisfied with life unless you learn to control your thoughts on the things going on around you. think positively and try to always make the best of things. count your blessings and express your gratitude as often as possible. take chances, or else you may carry the burden of curiousity for the rest of your life ; 



be kind, be generous, but make sure you're treated the way you deserved to be. theres always gonna be some people who bring you down, whether their trying to or not. leave those people behind you, they belong in the past. try to understand that finding happiness takes time and personal effort. in the mean time, just take your time figuring things out. try to find both peace and relaxation within yourself, even if it is only temporary. once you've got a grip on happiness, keep holding on as tight as you can.
