This is a poem that was written for my book "Soul Stealer".
BROKEN

While you were here,
You left me broken.
You broke my wings'
So I would not fly.
You broke my heart,
So I would not love.
You broke my soul,
So I would cry.
When you left me,
What you gave to me.
You gave me wings,
So I could fly.
You gave me my heart,
So I could love.
You gave me my soul.
