short poem, wrote awhile back
Lightning flashes through the sky,

Thunder booms in the air,

Rain falls down to Earth,

All around the world is drenched,



No one about, No one in sight,

Only birds up in flight,

The fish still swim,

The trees still sway,



My life goes on,

In misery
