“Plug your ears!” I almost yelled as the violent rush of toxic exhaust and vaporized rubber engulfed us. Screaming fire, choking smoke hiding thousands of fans watching the yellow lights flash their way to green. The sign flashed as Kenny Bernstein’s nitro burning dragster exploded through the end of the quarter mile at 321.88 MPH!
