Just a poem.
You’ll always be my hero
Even though you lost your mind
Even though you drive me insane
To the point where I lose mine
I hate you and your maze of words
Always leading my forward
Then trapping me somewhere in the middle
Somewhere far behind
Lost and panicked
Distressed
Then you reach out your hand
And like a beacon of light
Like a supernova in the middle of space
I’m drawn home
A broken down hut in the middle of nowhere
And yet it seems like enough
Although there’s a greener pasture
Just beyond the oasis to the right
It is right
It is always right
So I turn left
I turn back to you
Afraid of the unknown
Although what is known scares me just as much
You scare me.
I love you.
