And we were just eleven when
The world was wretched and without bend
We held our breath and hand in hand
We made known our hearts demand

One stepped out of her comfort zone
So the other knew she was not alone
And in the midst of such despair
Came the breath of loves sweet air

There is no way to of survived
Remaining alone and needing to hide
It's so easy now to clearly see
It was always you who was saving me
