Lily runs away from home because of the past but it comes back to find her.
[Introduction]
Lily is a girl with a past. One her family does not know about. She meets Adrian a homeless boy of the age 21, he is a christian like her and he feels the need to help her. First he treats her for her illness, then he ends up having to keep her safe from an unkown danger. Anyway hope you will like to join this, God Bless
Leaves crunched beneath her feet as she ran. For the last hour Lily had been running round in circles, only getting more exhausted. Her chest felt heavy as she went into another coughing fit, the rain came pelting down, causing her to shiver . It was harder this time, yet the voice of encouragement went on. 'Your going to make it' where, was the question. How far, had she gone from home.
How long had she been out in the cold, time escaped her now. Her fever had gotten worse despite the rain, she felt as if it was 40 degrees at the time. The world then, started to spin, a firm hand stopped her from falling. "Are you alright? What are you doing out here?"
"Lost" she, heaved before collapsing. Noticing her fragile state, the boy took his coat off and draped it around her shoulders. "Who are you?" He asked, the wind. The next thing he did was feel her forehead. Shaking his head in dismay, he found she had a fever. He didn't need to be a doctor to know this. Now he picked her up in his arms, laying her head on his shoulder. His place wasn't far and for now it would have to do. It was strange to see someone in these parts of town, especially at this time of night. Perhaps there was a reason she stumbled across his path. Perhaps, there was something he could help her with. What stirred in his gut assured him, he was doing the right thing. Maybe God did have a plan for him after all.
Waking in a sweat, Lily jolted upright. Tendrils of brown curly hair feel around her face, flew out in every direction. Having gone up so fast she slapped the boy right across check with the back of her hand. "Oww!"
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was you"
He laughed, reassuringly "Well you don't exactly know me. I would have done the same thing but on purpose"
"I suppose, still, I didn't mean to do it. Thank-you for looking after me. I'm Lily"
Sticking out her hand, he took it. His brown eyes deep in thought, "Pleased to meet you, I'm Adrian"
Quickly realizing her strength he pulled back his hand in pain. "Well, where am I?" came her next question. Standing up she looked back down at him, but once again everything went black and this time he wasn't fast enough. Going down she hit her head on the door.
