Lovely Outside, Broken Inside

His fever flared for an exquisite jewel,
forbidden fruit, paid for with family fuel.
She came draped in virginal white.
Moist copper eyes sparkle in candlelight.

Stripped slowly, licking scarlet lips;
firm breasts, swollen nipples, full hips.
A garden feast, her secret game.
Naked in full glory, hiding shame.

Silk sheets shoved aside
golden hair tumbles, fingers guide,
bodies fit in perfect harmony,
crescendo of sexual symphony.

Time flew by, he forgot,
she was but a gift he had bought,
Surely he had touched her heart.
Once caged up, caring is a gentle start.

They clung like bonded spoons.
An exquisite butterfly, desiring a cocoon.
Strong loving feelings unfurled.
He would gladly give her his world.

She opened innocent eyes,
curtains closed, now dark skies.
Her specialty was vulnerability,
he wasn’t the first to feel this way.

It was a simple business deal.
She took the money, a five star meal.
So sad, was it drugs, too many johns?
Her heart hollow, any emotional beat gone.

He looked like a puppy she once had.
Long ago, her father threw it away.
Kissed his cheek, a single tear fell.
“Sir, thank you for a fairy tale”
