This Is Just An Expression Of How Some Old Friends Made Us Feel.
We Were Your Puppets For The Longest Time,

Then You Schemed, & Cut Our Strings.

We Had Gotten So Accustomed To Being Your Puppets,

That We Thought Our Lives Were Over.

You Cut My String First, And As I Fell Into My Own Actions,

Somebody Caught Me, They Showed Me I’m Smart.

Then You Cut His Strings, He Was Nothing.

He Believed You Were Saving Him,

He Thought You Were Saving Me.

We Found Each Other Through This,

We Learned All About Your Lies.

You Said The Same Thing To Both Of Us,

Did You Think We Would Just Walk Away?

All Along You Had It Planned;

You’d Make Us Think You Cared,

But We Were Just Your Puppets.
