feeling of rejection and being forgotten
Walking through life like you don’t exist really
It’s like… am I here or what?
Do u see me standing here...do u hear me?
No, because I am only invisible…yeah, that’s what

The image that I display in front of you is not real...
It cannot be heard or even seen
The words that are spoken in front of you from my lips
Are not audible, not in any way seemingly keen

Does anyone notice that I am standing here?
Why can’t you smell my perfume?
As I stand directly in front of you
As we both stand here in this small, half empty room

In your world, I do not exist,
There is not even a trace,
U can’t feel my heart or respond to my emotions
Or envision the warm smile that is on my face

Something like a storm that is warm and beautiful is coming.
Is it the wind that you feel as it blows your way?
Feelings that will make u stop and look around and wonder
If something special has entered that space of your life today

You are blind…. hey, there is someone around and near you
Look it’s me...why can’t u not see!
This is not a dream or a mirage or even something un- real
This is not even a thought, an action, or even a fantasy

It’s raining and the wind is blowing around you now,
And tell me, do you hear the thunder?
The smell of the rain on you is the tears I am crying over you,
Hmmm…. imagine for a second that it’s really not the weather

No one can’t even hear or see me,
Because I don’t exist
And all of the feelings and smiles that I have for you
Will never be known or they will never be missed

I am standing here next to you
Why can’t u not feel or see me?
I guess u will never have the pleasure
Of loving and knowing me so passionately

So, like the wind I will pass and move breathtakingly by
My presence will be not even noticed just a tiny bit
The fact that I had entered your life, if but for a second
Lives will be void of all the love and joy that you and others have so sadly missed.
