Cripled Anger
By Savanna Ewing

when the darkness sets in, i can't sence him
he is faraway, gone to play another day.
where are you?
When the light falls on me, he is never there.
I am all alone, and waiting somewhere in between.
He is no where, and yet he is everwhere in me.

lifeless body, i dare to you to move.
I was never yours to take.
fragil bones please do not break.
tender skin hold strong do not give in.

shadows fall, and i start to dread it all.
airless lungs, tighten as he comes.
my mind breaks apart,
and my heart trembles.
I am afraid of you,
why do you do the tings you do?

my scarlet lines run deep,
the pain seeps into me.
hands tighten around your arm,
please protect me from harm.
I was never his, I've given him to much as it is.

He is everwhere because I swear he's gone.
I am terrifed that you will return.
The scars burn hot,
and you've taken all I've got.
I've faught you , in my dreams and in between.
But you are still somewhere free,
I am caged while you walk freely.

I am the victum, but you were the victor,
tell me how is that jusctice.
How is that, anything less than wicked men.
holding me down, watching me drown.
Will i ever, see the dawn of a new day.
or shall they have their way?
