How Half a Second can bring Joy

It’s simple and yet so elegantly amazing, how a half a second can be of so much significance. As I look outside my window, I see this humongous clock at the top of an LCD screen on a sky scraper, it says 23:59. My eyelids flicker for hardly a half a second and the next thing I know that it’s the beginning of a whole new world, a new era and possibly a new life, it says 00:00. Another way to look at it is that it’s all going to start again from 0. Oh how I hate this number right now. It means to me that I’ll have to go through all that shit once more. The Ordeal, The Torment. And this shit you call living repeats itself over n over n over, again n again n again. Oh god when will it end. Now as I look outside my window suddenly I see a glimmer of hope, it says 00:06. Oh the sudden rush of joy I can’t explain in words. I’ve managed to eradicate 6 minutes of hell without even feeling it. Now I truly realize what true love is, it’s when the object of your love eases or helps pass the pain.

Oh jolly good my dear love we’ve made it to 00:10.

But then again love never last. It was never mine n never will be forever. There always comes a time when your love starts giving out signals of leaving you. N you never seem to get it until it actually starts to leave u in desertion n desperation. Oh my love, my beloved love why is your soul dying , why can’t your battery have more strength, my dear laptop why can’t you stay just a bit longer, it’s only been 00:14, we still have the rest 23:46 to go through, why are u leaving me in despair n agony. You know I won’t be able to……………...
