Climate change and South Asian countries

What is the most talked issue in this decade? if any one asksa question,definately the word will come to our mind is climate change.lots of research, seminars,summits are going on this issue round the world although no solution has yet found.Now the question is who are worst sufferer of this climate change,of course countries of coastaral areas of south asia,mainly bangladesh, maldip,mynmar and so on.
