Just poem about attitudes and making decisions
Do you really want to be free?
Or for someone else to take the lead?
Determining what you eat
Programming drums to your beat?

Waiting to hear the words, that you cannot speak
Sapping others strengths when you find that you are weak
Hoping one day, that your life shall be complete
When you never even bothered, or tried to compete

The game is now on but you leave it to default
You thought that life was sweet because you never
took the pinch of salt
Now you're ground and broken, and you cannot strive against
And cannot see the divisions now they've knocked down the fence

Caught in suspense, while you thought you were animated
The victim card was played
But it was the deal that you created
One must remember we choose suits and roles to enact
Chancing among poker faces
There's always a joker in the pack
