Self Motivation

I will never know what I could’ve been,
Because I never tried to be anything.
I’ve too many times accepted failure.
But failure is not acceptable.
Today I vow to change.
I vow to be better than the man beside me,
His best will be my worst.
His hatred will be my drive.
His jealousy will feed me.
His anger will build me.
He will need me, and I will need no one.
I will change myself, one way or another.
Until I am happy with where I am, and the journey I took to get here.
Until I am content with myself,
I will drive on.
I will strive to be the best,
Because my best is unknown,
I will find my best and achieve it.
I will be born again, into a threat.
I will be feared, and I will not be afraid.
I can do what I want to do, everything & anything is in my grasp.
