Ghost

Without your awareness it enters your life

It'll trouble and torture you, but you won't realise

It'll control you and will itself rule

In its presence you cannot stay calm and cool

Niether can you think of anything right

It will take away all your ability to fight

You won't find anything pure and true

Everything will seem dull and bore to you

All things joyous and cheerful would be gone

Their would be no beauty in setting sun or rising dawn

It is not the Ghost of someone dead

But the Ghost of worries in your head

If you can keep hope and happiness in your heart

The worry will itself stay apart

Just live, love and laugh

Problems will reduce to half

Everything would be great and fine

If you can just control your mind.
