Away I go into dreams of a life,
not my own, one free of strife.

Away into the joy of beautiful things,
a moment’s peace, it sometimes brings.

Away I will go into dreams without crying,
sweet relief, from my heart's slowly dying.

Away I will travel to wondrous places,
hoping to escape, leaving no traces.

Away I do sail into the deepest blue,
only to awaken, to a pillow absent you.

Away into dreams, of my making I will stay,
until angels free me, and send me on my way.
