Traveling among the barren desert sand,
The heat has left me with scars
I seek which the dust I dance,
As I look to the stars.
Silver moon, my guiding light,
Let me follow it unto the night,
See me drink upon the fake waters,
Watch me drink the desert sand.
The wind has ceased, now there's no music left
For me to sing my dreadful songs
Barefoot against my deathbed I walk,
Unafraid but fear dwell in my heart.
Sunrise is my paradise,
While I scorch in its rays,
Burning through my eyes,
A haven of torture, now bury me.
Moonlight shall lift me to its heart,
Where the stars lay gently in the velvet cloth called sky
No tears to cry now,
I lay myself on the flat land below my feet.
This, my deathbed, so welcoming now,
I lay quietly on my home.
Searching into the stars of night,
I close my eyes.
