A sad story about a trapped vampire. |
[Introduction]
I walked across a vast meadow, where the stars whispered secrets above me. The breeze whistled through my dark silver hair, but it wasn't a very nice feeling. I felt as if the hair that billowed right now wasn't mine. I surveyed the meadow I was currently treading. It seemed to be pretty dark, but I realized it was only my sorrow, dimming all light from my point of view. The grass was long and overgrown, coming up almost to my knees. I didn't want to feel the grass tickling my legs, so I rolled up my socks. At first I ignored it, concentrating on my misery, until I noticed that the long grass was getting even more bothersome. I started to run. The breeze that whistled gently through my haior was now a stormy wind, threatening to pull me down. But I kept running. I was becoming scared now, wondering what was happening. Suddenly, a huge gust of wind blew over me and I fell. I struggled to get up, until I realized i couldn't. Something was wrapped around my foot! I yanked my dark blue boot off--and saw the grass. It was even longer than before, except now it was dagger-sharp and moving. |
