Loneliness...

There are so many things in this life that I just
ignored and allowed to pass;
You, before I knew you;
You, when you couldn't tell me straight in the eye
that you love me;
You, when we loved each other with every breath
we took;
You, when we held on and eased the pain away;
You... and you, with all your amazingly
extraordinary beauty that will always be you...
I ran away and lied...
I will forever lie to the whole of humanity that,
I can be strong, that
I can deal with utter loneliness,
I can survive with the guilt and frustration and
I can love someone more than I ever loved you.
Because I am me and
You... are what has always been that dream I
wished I'll never be awakened from..
But I did...
I longed for that moment when i will open my
eyes and you'll be there with that sweet tender
smile to welcome me from that restful slumber...
A wishful thinking...
Because when I woke up, there were tears and
I was alone.
