Third in my collection of Goddess-inspired poems.
By the light of the Moon
She sits in her car
A home away from home
Wherever you are

Thinking. Debating. Ruminating...
Sense of calm, permeating
Her mind and spirit
Growing lighter than feathers
With each plume of blue smoke
That her red lips unfetter

Towards the light of the Moon

This moon, that big pearl in the sky
A sea of memories rushes on by
She lets forth another plume
With gale-force conclusions
Hitting her like bricks
Dispelling all illusions

It's a feeling this time
There's no need to think
She knows just what to do
By the light of the Moon
Bane turned to boon
By the light of this Moon.
