Wolves found dead in National Park

A day after three Timber wolves were found dead in Italy’s National park Abruzzo, the corpses of five more wolves were discovered late afternoon the next day. Poisoning is suspected, with some locals unconvinced that a wolf killer is at large. A team of specialists combed the region near Belfry ridge, where the corpses were discovered, only to find nothing connecting the mysterious deaths. Investigation is on-going, while conservationists hope that autopsies will confirm death of the Timber wolves.
