Obama Will Need All the Help He Can Get. Delay taking the oath of office ‘til 12:30, Astrologers plead

The moment of the official oath taking is like a birth chart and shows exactly how the Presidency will pan out. At Noon, the prescribed official legal time, the cosmic aspects are not good at all.
