just a little short story.
The day was Monday, I had just woken up from my Sunday night
sleep and found myself not in my spacious double bed but in
a little boat in the middle of a rain forest.
I lied there for quite a long time, staring at nothing but
the canopy and the dark green color of the forest. Then I
started hearing distant screams and sound of metal hitting
metal. I stood up shakily and looked to the direction of the
noise. There were five figures running towards me with
something like long sticks in their hands. Then my eyes
focused on the huge figures behind the five stick holders.
There were about a dozen people in shining armor on horses
crying "Aaaaaghhhhhh!" after the five figures who were
running straight at me. I was completely perplexed,
paralyzed then one of the five figured tackled me hard.
Even before I hit the ground the man who tackled me lost his
head to one of the monstrous armored figures on horses. At
that moment, I started panicking and ran wildly after the
fleeing group of figures now reduced to four. We ran for I
don't know how long but it seemed like hours. I looked back
and saw no horsemen so I relaxed and tried to call after the
still running fugitives. One of them stopped and said
something to his companions and they walked slowly towards
me. All of them wore pretty much rags and held long metal
swords covered with something red - maybe blood. I stared at
them and I realized that they were also staring at me.
They were all black haired and were quite gaunt but pretty
tall. Then one of them tried something 'Loranz?'
I shook my head and said slowly 'Do you speak Eng-lish?'
Before he could answer, the sky turned black and everything
just went out of focus and I started hearing Drrrrn! Drrrn!
Drrrn! -my alarm clock.
