A sailboat shares his story about the Master of the sea.
Children run along the sea shore shouting, "Look at the beautiful boat, look at the beautiful sail

boat!" As I sail by I smile with joy thinking, "I am just a boat trying to tell others about the wind in

my sail."

Before I knew the Master of the Sea my sail was all tore apart. The sea of life had so abused me I

had no hope at all. I had begin to sink, but the Master heard my cry and he rescued me.

He spoke to me and said, "I heard your cry. It is my time, you have done enough damage to my

beautiful creation, I want to begin the repairs to get you on the course I created just for you."

He spoke to the wind and the waves, "Peace be still!", and they  did obey. He lifted me from the

waters. My thought was "Good, I'm out of the sea, who is this that rescued me? Who is this that

even the wind and waves obey?"

" I am the Master of the sea." he replied.

I know I was not talking out loud, how did he hear me!

"Oh, I'm also the discerner of the heart and intent of man. The creator of everything, that's who I

am."

I was no where near the light house, but at that moment I would see the light. I cried out and said,

'Master do with me as you please.'

He stripped me of the old crimson red paint and give me a bright beautiful color of clean white wool.

He changed my engine, some say it's the heart of a boat. All I know for sure is that it has been

made new! He gave me a  new name, Forgiven, is what I am now called.

My sail had several ripes and tears in it. I thought it was beyond repair. Yet, the Master was able to

repair it. Using a needle, that was sharper than a two-edged sword he mended me.

To my surprise he begin to lower me back into the sea. "Master! What are you doing?" I hollered.

He smiled and said," I saved you so you could fulfill your purpose."

He turned me around, because I had been going in the wrong direction my way seemed right, but it

was leading to destruction.

'How will I ever reach the lighthouse and what is my purpose.' As soon as I asked that question I

begin to move. "My love has set you free and I will be the wind in your sail. Remember, I created

you for a purpose- this story to tell, 'About the Master of the Sea who sent his Son to set the

captive free.' "

So you see,  I smile with joy as I sail because of this powerful story I have to tell about the Master

of the sea. He sent his Son to set the captive free.  He is the wind in my sail! He set me free, His

story I must tell.
