One of the very first poems I ever wrote! A great little poem about what friends are.
A Friend


A friend is like a fire on a cold day.  A fire to make you feel warm.
A friend is like a jester, trying to make you laugh during hard times.
A friend is like a teddy bear, for a teddy bear never judges.
A friendship is like a newborn kitten.
A newborn kitten so new and full of life.
A friend is what I shall be.
