To laugh or cry?

The speaker of the tribal assembly, odaka ordered "kindly put forward the proceedings".

The tribal head salar stood and said "my senior minister of the cabinet bhandara will brief you about the resolution we are likely to passed".

The government of this tribe was due to the majority they had of seven seats. The tribal assembly had the 100 seats elected by the votes of the tribesmen present within the two miles square village far back at australia. The government formed by salar was by the majority he had of 57 seats out of 100. Senior cabinet minister Bhandara stood and said on the floor of tribal assembly "mr speaker before i could present any resolution my government would like to have the opinion of the opposition leader".

The opposition leader mr chandso said "but we like to hear your resolution first". At this the whole of the opposition in the assembly clapped wholeheartedly.

Mr bhandara then said. "With the permission of mr speaker and the tribal head i present the resolution to be passed by this house". He cleared his throat and further said "the lady katrina and his mate David was caught red handedly inside our territory allegedly loving each other by the eyewitnesses. The english translator we hired for them has quoted their saying that they were here in Australia for a safari trip of different jungles. As our territory has certain beautiful animals they were advised to view them. So they made a trip here. During the trip while in the open jeep the boy Baig was found kissing her friend, when she had hugged him tightly. It is reported by two eyewitnessess who are of total confidence and there character is second by not less then 70 villagers. So we have to believe in their words".

At this once again the loud clapping followed the senior minister. Then he said "as you know your owner, that in our tribal constituion it is written in the 57th Article.... " He quoted the clause of their constitution "that no foreigner, from wherever he or she belongs other than this tribe or village cant have love or connection with each other. Except to whom the tribal head or the speaker allows through the special permission." Clapping again. "Therefore your owner our security personnels had arrested them after the information recieved immediately. Further they are found guilty of trying to accelerate their jeep in order to escape our territory" .after few seconds rest the minister said "at last after telling the story with sequence i am hereby presenting the resolution infront of the house i.e. that that beautiful girl as have committed the sin according to our constitution, so she would be punished by giving her with all her beautiful body and figure and love to the tribal head Mr Salar, so he may can taste her and enjoy, with that girl having it as the return of his Mistake. Thats all mr speaker." At this closing remarks of mr bhandara the house divided into two. At government side there was clap while at opposition benches there was shouting and rage.

The speaker said "silence" and the uneasiness lowered a bit and vanished completely when the opposition leader mr chandso was asked by the speaker mr odaka to comment on this resolution of senior minister. mr chandso aroused and said loudly "we reject this resolution" at this the members shouted with agreement from opposition benches.

"This lady is so beautiful, have the body i have seen myself. She is white, have a smile you can never dream of. And her characteristics are unlimited. We are not white and live in backward area of the continent Australia. We are currently facing the food and financial crisis of worst kind in the village. We can sell the delicate body of this girl to any of the millionaire of Australia. He would pay not thousands but millions of australian dollars for her, after only just watching her and feeling appetite of her. Whereupon we could also increase her auction easily. Our village then be developed and progress day and night. Thats all your owner." Closed Mr Chandso along with the loud sound of clapping for parallel thoughts of him.

at this the head of tribe who were dreaming katrina stood in anger and said "there is no food crisis here in the village. Being a head i can challenge it. Being a head i reserve all the right to enjoy the body of katrina. Mr speaker i ask you now to held a voting on this resolution."

Once again disturbence and at last under the supervision of the opposition leader many members walked out of the assembly and voting could not be held because half of the house were unfilled. The matter was then taken to the tribal court which summoned all the people involved in this case, to give their arguments. The case was accepted for further proceedings while David and her friend was asked to give food medicine and cloths and be kept respectfully.

On the other hand David and katrina was given two times a day a grilled fish. The bananas and lots of coconuts remained there every time. They were locked in the under ground cell of tribe. It has many rooms and one of it was allotted to them both. Katrina was not at all happy with David and she kept her rudeness very long saying "you idiot. didnt you have the time other than that and location other than that to kiss me. How many times you had kiss me. In the bed of hotel. At breakfast. When i came out from bathroom from bath, at lift, at taxi and then on the jeep five times. Couldnt you wait for some minutes???". David instead of becoming rude again brought his apart lips and open mouth towards her and kissed. Katrina jerked him very badly and said "away from me".

David with teasing smile said. "I could not wait darling. Dont you see how much i love you. Now leave it i am sure we will be out soon". After a long time she was convinced and the kissing goes on for about more than five minutes. And they were not alone. The guard of the cell was also enjoying their love from the hole in the door.

The date was given by the court at which the decision was to be given. The decision of the court would be accepted to all of the villagers even having reservations. all the respected people were there on the hearing.

the judge announced the decision "i the judge of the tribal court announce that the attorney general of the government has failed to give any clause what so ever from our constitution to prove that the tribal head has any right to touch or take away the public property. As proven that this lady and his friend are the public property of the tribe no one has the right to claim them. Further the opposition leader is also failed to prove that how the public property could be sold with out the approval of community. Therefore i order that the girl name katrina will be publicated i-e she will be hidded only at the lower part of the body with tribe local underwear and the breast will be covered partially as well with the local blouse too. While the legs and the arms and half breast and the complete long belly from the end of breast till the lower point would be naked. This shall be done daily from 7 o clock at evening till the 10 o clock. All of the village men will have to buy a ticket to see her. No one would be able to take her away or takeoff her described covered area of the body. She will held with the tree and the public could touch her exposed body and enjoy. The children under 20 will not be allowed. While the ceremony will start by the tribal head. This process shall go on for about one week and then the government will decide whether to sell her or whatever. Whereas the boy is concerned, he would be ordered to be a servant for the rich lady who had asked for it. He would be oblige to massage her body and do her work at home according to her orders". And the court stood (this punishement for the lady was according to their tribal custom which every one knows. the ladies and gentlemen all are having no clothes except for main parts, in red indians and similars in Australia)

the orders were obeyed. the crying katrina naked from every angle except the upper and lower parts (according to their old traditions) was knotted with a tree and people came to her, kissed her feel her belly and whole body. It was in the supervision of the guards so that the touching to her cant be exceed. Many tried to take the cloth from her breast and twice they were successful leaving katrina's breast completely naked, but it was completely hidded instantly by the guards on the duty. the reason was that the men of the tribe had not seen so beautiful thing and their local ladies were not appreciated by most of the men.

after one week had gone and katrina just coming from the punishment was lying on the floor still naked and crying loudly. She was told that she would be sold to the millionaire in about two days and the talks were on the way. It was such a brutality that for just one simple kiss she was facing her degradation. and then the day came when katrina had to go in about an hour in the hand of any rich person.David was giving her peaceful words but she was crying still. Suddenly someone came and ask David to comealong for some work. He had to go with heart broken but he couldnt do any thing. He gone with jerking katrina's hand which had taken hold of him. The guard was watching all this.

When David had gone the guard entered quietly in the cell, and touched still undressed katrina. She looked up. The guard said "what do you want?".

She said "freedom." In gesture language as they dont know their language. And at last katrina understood. He was asking her to let him enjoy her body for free because he couldnt pay for it. Katrina didnt like it but then she thought that one more after hundreds wont make any difference. She forcefully and with tears allowed him with the assurance that he would not take of her cloth from breast and from down and remain in limits. He agreed. And then he kissed her all over and touched her whole body with tears at her eyes. He also drank those tears. This all remained for about ten minutes.

after the guard had had his appetite filled and he was out guarding the cell, David came. Katrina didnot speak anything about the incident and remain quiet. After sometime three more guards come to take katrina away. But when they reached the cell door and just opened the door something heavy hit on the head of the guard having key. His spear felt on the floor and David hurriedly took it. And then katrina rushed at the door and the first guard let her go. The other three said "catch her" but at that the spear hit on the back of one then the second and then at the third. The blood was flowing and the first one took the hand of David and with his finger told him "go there". David took flight. The guard in return felt fakely on the ground so no one could be suspicious about him. for that guard after enjoying katrina had given her two heavy stones, and asked her not to hit himself, and just hit those who come later. so that the excuse of their escaping could be justified.

the army was made of about hundred men to catch them both. It was when the 20 minutes were gone after their escape. The army tried following them in the big jungle. luckily katrina took some bananas and coconuts to eat. David was worried that the katrina was running with her body naked. Any dangerous animal could attack her after seeing her creamy body. But he still had the spear for defend all right. They have travelled about one kilometer and there was road visible at about 500 meters. Lost breath they knew that the village territory is about to be over. They ate bananas for a while under the tree and then again started running. When the road was very near they heard the footsteps of the horses. They looked back and saw at some distance the tribal army was coming with about twenty horsemen. They had spotted  David and katrina.

David took katrina, who was now unable to even walk, on his shoulder and take of in full speed. David unable to run was about to reach the brink of road when the army was very near. And then he was on the road with horses too on the road. The men was about to arrest exhauted David and katrina when a car of australian police came and fired. the hats of brown colour was weared by the australian police. All the men tried their best to take last chance for catching David and katrina before running, when the police came and hit fires in the air once again. All on their horses ran way.

the policmen came near to them. ask what had happened. they immediately knew that these are the persons which have sustained difficulties by the local tribes. the australian police had been give the task to fight against these tribes. David told them the whole story in a short time. the police men asked them to sit in their car. they took them away to the sydney police station. there they were asked to record their words. they did the same. after some time they were discharged with their case against the tribesmen registered.

from the time when David and katrina ran from the prison, katrina had not any clothe to hide her beautiful and glamarous body. the white australians who saw her passing by thought that what a beauty? and what a fashion? for they were thinking those leaves sticking on her hairs and brown mud allaround katrina's belly, back and legs as fashion. she was as though wearing the modern swim suit with the underwear and blouse of the material red indians wears. anyway as there is no shyness in that country, for it katrina was walking hands with hands along David with out any complexity for not having clothes.

they considered it the night mare and decided not to think of it untill one week is over so as to rest themselves. they went to the resturants and ate their full. now they were as exhausted as though they have not slept for years. they then went to their hotel in the middle of the city after filling their appetites. when David had opened the door of the hotel and the katrina went in, she was patted due to collision of the door and her arm. due to which her underwear, the last mark of those tribes men, was taken off. further David saw that her blouse was torn from many places, and they even didnot considered it before. the katrina was standing in the room with no dress what so ever on her body from head to foot. she was totally bare.David saw her from up to down, and again from down to up, and then he smiled. katrina also smiled with shame and was about to rush onto the toilet to change, when David caught hold of her. and started kissing her body. his hands were going at highly unsuitable places, and katrina was also kissing his loved mate and this kissing carried for a very long time.

the tickects had been taken, and seats had been booked for returning to their country. katrina was having a food poisoning and her stomach was not working well, just the day before their going. David shifted her in to the hospital, and was waiting out side the ward. after certain time the doctor met him, and he was allowed to meet katrina who were lying in side the ward. David was disturbed and sad. when katrina saw him she smiled with joy and then asked" hey we are going to our country tomorrow, we are going back. David...... why are you sad. be happy and cheer up. what happened?

the David drew nearer to her and take of the shirt from belly of katrina, and put his hand there " this belly of yours, is going to expand soon, you idiot...................... katrina  you are pregnant" he messaged her naked belly and saw down on the floor displeased. katrina started breathing hard. she had a shock.
