I walked around the dark smoke filled french lounge
The bossa nova beat blasting
Candle light lighting
I sat down on the chic velvet chair
Martini and cigarette in hand

Across the way you caught my eye
Your piercing green eyes

You smiled across the way at me

My heart beat picked up as you came closer
I stood up, and you swept me off my feet
