For Cluster Headache Sufferers
Willows Breath



Scream into your hands,

Hold it inside.



Follow your pain,

Take the lead again.



Hot or cold,

Your choice.



Fight from within,

Your breath but a willow.



Storm arrises,

Fire in your head.



Storm subsides,

You are not dead.



You have won,

Your foe is not done.



Look around,

We are here.



No pieces to pick up,

You are whole still.



Fragile still,

Like a willows breath.
