Dancing with exuberance
Leaving his mark on the surface
And a trail of red behind
Unaware of the damage
Unaware of the pain
Completely gone
Needing to feel

Moving faster now
Gliding so intently
Coming back
Screaming in unending agony

Realizes there is still life in this body
Tattooed by scars
Scarred by Him

Soon it is all over
All that is left is the stigma of blood
The crystal teardrops
The swollen flesh

They part for now, deceitfully
He knows they will never meet again
But feels no grief

He leaves her on the floor
Oblivious to the blurred vision
Ignorant to the slow heartbeat
