The truth about health care
An un abiding fury
Waiting deep inside
To take the blood
Of those who would hide

Pain racked bodies
Tossed out in the rain
To feed a monster
Americas blood is what it craves

Government systems
Not working quite right
In a dark world
There seems to be no reason to fight

Cancer and AID's
Ruining some lives
Nobody is searching for a cure
Empty pockets cut like a knife

No help for the sick
No sympathy for the poor
Americas health system does nothing
Lives staking up that its tore

Politicks take over
Trying to get your support
"I can help put back together
What has been tore"

But the truth of the matter
Is nothing will help
At least not before
More people are killed

Death toll reaches higher
And all because
People crave money
Its all about greed and lust

Monsters in the night
Bleeding America dry
The blood of our people
The money and the tears that they cry

Saying it does nothing
But staying silent is worse
And in the confusion
We sit, we stare and we curse
