"What?"

"My Dawn Doll, you lost it in the creek."

"What are you talking about?"

"We were playing in Ithan Creek and you let go of my Dawn Doll and it floated away, never to be seen again."

"I don't remember."

"Of course you don't. I loved that Dawn Doll."

"And we were playing with them in the creek because?"

There was no Dawn Doll equivalent to Malibu Barbie so we compromised."

"I see."

"I think you should have bought me a new Dawn Doll."

"I didn't?"

"No."

"I'm sorry, do you want me to?"

"They don't make them anymore."

"Oh, how about ebay?"

"I'm over it."

"So, what made you think of this now?"

"It's just something thats been bugging me, I wanted to get it off my chest."

"OK, are we cool now?"

"Yes."

"OK, I gotta go to school."

"For what?"

"Pick up the kids from soccer practice."
