I'm not exactly sad anymore, just living my life, and this poem's about how I feel now
All is as it should be
    Every friend, paired off in twos,
And I continue along my path, alone,
    looking at everybody, wondering
why I am alone, yet
    I somehow smile,
For all is as it should be.
    I could ask for more
like a relationship,
    one that lasts,
with someone I love
    and yet, I digress,
All is as it should be, and nothing more.
    Once again I am alone;
I tend to wonder
    if this is as it was supposed to be
And so I walk my lonely street,
    unknowing, but with a decided belief
That all is as it should be.
